Create Deeper, More Secure Connections — Starting with Yourself.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, grief, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I help you slow down and understand what’s really underneath the surface. Together, we explore the root patterns shaping your experiences — not just the symptoms.
Relationship Areas
Breakups: I help clients process heartbreak with compassion and clarity. Together, we explore the patterns beneath the pain and rebuild your confidence so you can move forward feeling grounded and strong.
Healing: Healing is about understanding what you’ve been carrying and learning new ways to respond. I provide a supportive space to work through past experiences and build healthier emotional patterns.
Relationship with Self: Your relationship with yourself shapes everything else. I help you strengthen self-worth, quiet self-criticism, and make choices from a place of confidence and alignment.
Difficult Family Relationships: Family dynamics can be complex and triggering. I support you in setting boundaries, understanding patterns, and responding with intention rather than reacting from old wounds.
Attachment & Emotional Patterns: If you find yourself repeating relationship cycles, there is often a deeper attachment story underneath. I help you identify emotional patterns and build more secure, fulfilling connections.
Frequently Asked Questions
1 / How do we start?
Start by scheduling a free 15 minute consultation. This is a brief call to hear what is going on, answer your questions, and make sure I am the right fit for what you need.
2 / How long does therapy take?
This is a good and hard question. There’s no set timeline. We’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and aligned with your goals.
Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. The length of treatment depends on your goals, what you’re working through, and how deeply you’d like to explore patterns.
Some clients come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others choose longer-term work for deeper growth and accountability.
3 / What approaches do you use?
I take an integrative approach, tailoring our work to your goals, personality, and what feels most supportive. Therapy with me is never one-size-fits-all.
I am trauma trained and draw from CBT and DBT-informed techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-acceptance work, and somatic-informed approaches — addressing both the cognitive patterns and the nervous system responses that shape your experience.
Together, we combine insight with practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
4 / Do you take insurance?
While I do not accept insurance directly, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
I provide a monthly superbill to make that process as smooth as possible.
