About

Warm, real, and on your side.

I'm Ariella Azaraf, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and the patterns that keep them stuck.

My work is relationship-focused — because so much of how we feel is shaped by our connections: with partners, with family, and most importantly, with ourselves. Therapy with me is a genuine, collaborative space where you can feel seen without judgment and build the tools to move forward.

Sessions are fully virtual, so we can work together wherever you feel most comfortable.

My Approach

Relationship-focused therapy that meets you where you are.

I draw on evidence-based methods — including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care — and adapt them to you. No scripts, no one-size-fits-all. Just a thoughtful, human process built around your goals.

FAQ

Good things to know.

How do we get started?
We begin with a free 15-minute consultation — a relaxed call to see if we're a good fit. If it feels right, we'll schedule your first full session and go from there.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals. Some people come for focused, shorter-term support around a specific challenge; others stay longer for deeper work. We'll check in regularly so the pace always feels right for you.
What methods do you use?
I integrate evidence-based approaches — primarily CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care — tailored to you rather than applied from a script.
Do you take insurance?
I'm an out-of-network provider. I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We can talk through the details on your consult.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
All sessions are virtual, giving you the flexibility to meet from wherever you feel most comfortable.
